Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and meticulously refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs and functionalities within our talent acquisition platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and integrate prompt solutions.
• Conduct systematic experimentation and A/B testing on different prompt strategies and model parameters to optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Evaluate the quality, relevance, and bias of AI-generated content, implementing corrective measures and ethical guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques, generative AI, and natural language understanding.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt creation, iteration, and deployment.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of AI capabilities, identifying new opportunities for leveraging LLMs to enhance our product offerings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on prompt engineering principles to team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience specifically in prompt engineering or a closely related AI/NLP role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Gemini).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and other advanced prompting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, or similar.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
