1. Service Provider

RemoteEngineer.ai is operated by Tokolics Attila e.v., registered in Hungary, with registered address at 8481 Somlóvásárhely, Vásár u. 12. Contact: support@remoteengineer.ai.

2. Service Description

RemoteEngineer.ai is a job board specializing in fully remote AI and software engineering positions. Employers may post job listings that are displayed to job seekers visiting the platform.

3. Payment and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions on this platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. Tokolics Attila e.v. is not the Merchant of Record and is not directly responsible for payment processing, billing disputes, or chargebacks — these are handled by Stripe.

Current pricing:

• Standard job listing: $219 USD
• Featured job listing: $338 USD ($219 + $119 feature boost)

All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Job Listing Duration and Activation

Each job listing remains active for 60 days from the date of activation. After 60 days, the listing is automatically removed from the platform. There is no automatic renewal.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final and non-refundable once a listing has been activated. If your listing has not yet been activated, please contact us at support@remoteengineer.ai within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

6. Employer Responsibilities

By posting a job listing, you confirm that:

• The position is a genuine, fully remote employment or contract opportunity.
• The job description is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the authority to post the listing on behalf of the hiring organization.
• The listing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these conditions without refund.

7. Prohibited Content

Job listings must not contain discriminatory, illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content. Listings for positions requiring on-site presence may be removed at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemoteEngineer.ai provides a platform for connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for the outcome of any application, hiring decision, or employment relationship. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
