Business Development Manager – Generative AI (GBS BU)

Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (NN Sales) to drive growth for the Generative AI Business Services (GBS) unit. This role focuses on selling AI, Data, and Generative AI solutions within Engineering & Applications space across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting to closing deals
- Sell Generative AI, Data & AI solutions/services
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Heads, and business leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-selling and account expansion
- Own revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting
- Develop new logos and expand existing accounts
- Participate in industry events, networking, and alliance partnerships
- Leverage channels, alliances, and personal network to generate leads
Key Deliverables (KRA)
- Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
- Drive new business acquisition
- Execute sales strategies across business units
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT services / enterprise software sales
- Strong experience selling AI / Data / Generative AI solutions
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of market trends, technology landscape, and verticals
- Ability to build and execute sales strategies independently
