Cinematography Prompting Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for film and camera professionals to help train next-generation AI video models. As a Cinematography Prompting Specialist, you'll watch short video clips and translate what you see into precise, technically rich shot descriptions — the kind only someone with a trained eye can write.
Your work directly shapes how AI understands and generates visual content. If you've spent time behind a camera, in an edit suite, or studying film, this is a rare opportunity to put that expertise to work in the AI space.
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: Flexible — work on your own schedule
What You'll Do
- Watch short video clips and identify key shots, transitions, and visual moments
- Describe framing, camera movement, blocking, lighting, and composition using accurate film terminology
- Write structured prompts that capture the look, feel, and intent of each shot
- Reference relevant stylistic influences or visual approaches when applicable
- Follow internal templates for both shot-level and sequence-level descriptions
- Distinguish between effective and ineffective prompts and provide examples when needed
- Maintain consistent terminology, depth, and quality across all tasks

Nice To Have
- Experience writing prompts for AI video or image generation tools
