Summary
Seeking a senior Data Analyst to design and deliver a Power BI dashboard by transforming Excel-based BugTrack data into actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements with business & IT stakeholders
- Build scalable Power BI data models and dashboards
- Create visuals for ticket metrics (volume, aging, priority, trends)
- Implement filters, drill-downs, and automated data refresh
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
- Document solutions and train internal teams
Requirements
- Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
- Expertise in data modeling, reporting, and visualization
- Experience working with large datasets and stakeholders

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is between $52-48.61 per hour.
