As we scale our product and inbound growth engine, we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can bridge the gap between high-performance WordPress environments and our cutting-edge AI backend.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technical powerhouse who views WordPress not just as a CMS, but as a robust application framework. You will take ownership of our website's technical health while building sophisticated integrations between our marketing site, third-party SaaS tools, and our in-house AI applications. You will be responsible for ensuring our frontend is LLM-ready (optimized for AI agents and scrapers) and our backend is seamlessly connected via secure APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development & AI Integration

Custom API Development: Build and maintain custom REST API endpoints within WordPress to sync data with our in-house AI applications.
Third-Party Ecosystem: Architect and implement complex integrations with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation, and payment gateways.
LLM-Ready Infrastructure: Design and optimize site architecture, metadata, and HTML structures to be easily digestible by AI crawlers and Large Language Models.
Application Bridging: Develop secure authentication flows between the WordPress frontend and our internal product dashboards.

Performance & Technical SEO

Schema & Structured Data: Implement advanced Schema Markup (FAQ, Product, Organization) to ensure Pete & Gabi dominates AI-driven search results.
Core Web Vitals: Own site speed and performance, utilizing server-side caching, CDNs, and clean code to maintain elite performance scores.
Security: Manage server-side security, data encryption for API calls, and routine audits.

Growth Engineering

Build and launch high-converting, dynamic landing pages that pull real-time data from internal APIs.
Manage staging/production workflows and CI/CD pipelines for the WordPress environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5–7 years of professional full-stack development experience with a heavy focus on WordPress.
The Stack: Mastery of PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Backend & Databases: Strong proficiency in MySQL and experience managing server-side logic and database optimization.
API Expert: Proven track record of working with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON. Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
Modern Workflow: Deep experience with custom theme development (from scratch), plugin customization, and page builders (Elementor or similar).
SEO Architecture: Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and structured data validation.
