Position: Gen AI Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Type: Fulltime

Salary: $140K - $160K / Year + Benefits

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong Insurance domain knowledge with Scrum Master experience in complex technology programs
• Familiarity with AI / GenAI delivery life cycles and experimentation models
• Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and team coaching skills
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
• Work as Product Owners and work with Architects to convert AI use cases into executable stories
• Track risks, dependencies, and impediments specific to AI delivery
• Manage Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and delivery dashboards
• Ensure Definition of Done includes quality, validation, and governance for AI solutions
• Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders
