Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to advise, guide, and configure AI-powered legal solutions using CoCounsel Legal. You will work closely with corporate legal departments to understand their unique challenges, workflows, and strategic goals, and deliver tailored implementations that maximize the value of AI in legal operations. This client-facing role requires strong communication skills, legal tech fluency, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. You will be instrumental in onboarding and training clients, ensuring they are equipped to leverage CoCounsel's AI capabilities for tasks such as legal research, contract analysis, compliance, and litigation support. Your work will directly impact how legal teams adopt and scale AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and drive innovation.
