We're seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst (Remote) to support data-driven decision-making across our national operations. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll deliver weekly KPI reports, track sales and presenter performance, and support high-impact strategic initiatives alongside our Director of Business Optimization.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data segmentation and event performance analysis while receiving mentorship in a fast-growing organization.
$65,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and skill set. Candidates who can leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive high-impact insights may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
Compensation will align with technical capability, level of ownership, and ability to independently deliver meaningful business impact. This role offers opportunities for expanded responsibility and growth as business needs evolve.
