Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a LLM & RL Engineer. In this position, you will design, implement, and optimize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing end-to-end pipelines, refining models for scalability, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our benchmarking platform's prediction capabilities. You will also document processes and ensure the quality of the algorithms developed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models and applying Reinforcement Learning techniques.
• Strong programming skills, including expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for machine learning and deep learning projects.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and creating data pipelines for machine learning tasks.
• Knowledge of evaluation metrics and model optimization strategies for forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in the startup ecosystem or familiarity with Y Combinator companies is a bonus.
