As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise to evaluate, improve, and shape how AI understands and reasons about large-scale health data.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated content and outputs related to population health, epidemiology, and health disparities for accuracy and clinical relevance
- Review and assess AI-produced analyses involving health metrics, surveillance data, and community health trends
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading interpretations in AI reasoning about public health topics
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems produce more reliable and actionable health insights
- Apply your knowledge of health data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess AI-generated solutions
- Translate complex health informatics concepts into clear, grounded evaluations
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Skilled in health data analysis, visualization, and reporting — including dashboards and surveillance tools
- Able to critically assess whether data-driven health insights are accurate, complete, and appropriately interpreted
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
- Strong written communicator who can articulate nuanced feedback clearly
Nice to Have
- Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health informatics
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of health equity, social determinants of health, or community health interventions
