Role: Associate Data & Business Analyst

Location: United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)

Eligibility: Bachelor's or Master's graduates (2024–2026)

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business)
Assist in data validation, cleansing, and quality checks

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Basic knowledge of SQL or any database querying language
Understanding of business processes and workflows
Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project experience in Data Analysis / Business Analysis
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards
Basic knowledge of Python / R (optional but a plus)
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies

Work Authorization:

Candidates must have a valid US work authorization (OPT / CPT / GC / USC / H1B)
