Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; internships, academic projects, or freelance work related to data analysis are highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data through coursework or personal projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours tailored to fit Indonesias local time zone (WIB).
• Full-time or part-time availability considered, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Remote work arrangement; no commuting required.
