Key Requirements:

Experience with Workday HCM integrations and reporting
Strong SQL and JSON skills
Hands-on with PowerBI, AWS Glue, QuickSight
Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Workday Pro Integration certification (nice to have)
